Enterprise Integrations
Bidirectional, fault-tolerant, monitored connective tissue between your systems.
The connective tissue between CRM, ERP, accounting platform, data warehouse and bespoke internal systems. Bidirectional, reliable, fault-tolerant, and monitored. We have integrated Xero, Google Ads, Meta Ads, claims management systems, patient record platforms and custom internal tools into unified operational data layers.
- →Event-driven integration meshes
- →Retry, dead-letter and replay semantics by default
- →Bidirectional sync with conflict resolution
- →Live observability and alerting
- →Migration from brittle legacy integrations
Enterprise integrations that make your systems work together
Most operational inefficiency in a growing business is not caused by bad processes. It is caused by systems that do not talk to each other. Data that exists in three places because nobody has built the connection. Reports that require manual assembly because the source systems cannot feed a single view. Billing errors that happen because a contract change in one system does not automatically propagate to the invoicing system.
Zeacle builds the integration layer that eliminates this. Not screen scraping connectors that break when an interface changes. Not Zapier flows that fall over on high volume days. Production grade API integrations built at the data layer, fault-tolerant, monitored, and designed to run without manual intervention.
What we integrate
CRM and sales systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and custom CRM platforms integrated with your operational and financial systems. Deal closures that automatically trigger onboarding workflows. Contract data that flows directly into billing without manual reentry.
Accounting and finance platforms: Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and NetSuite integrations built to handle real transaction volume. ERP systems connecting your core business system to operational tools and customer facing platforms. Data warehouses and analytics platforms with custom ETL pipelines. Payment and fintech infrastructure with automatic reconciliation and dunning logic.
How we build integrations
API first architecture: every integration Zeacle builds connects to source systems at the API layer, not the interface layer. This means the integration is not affected by interface changes and can handle the full data model of each system rather than just what is visible on screen.
Fault tolerant design: production integrations will encounter failures. Every Zeacle integration is built with retry logic, dead letter queues for failed messages, alerting on failure thresholds, and reconciliation mechanisms that catch anything that slips through. Idempotent processing ensures that receiving the same event multiple times produces the same result as receiving it once.
Monitoring and observability
Every integration we build includes monitoring dashboards, alerting on failure rates and latency, and complete audit logs of every event processed. You can see at any moment what your integration is doing, what has failed, and what has been retried. Integration health is visible, not assumed.
We also integrate industry-specific platforms: practice management systems for law firms and professional services, claims management platforms for insurance operations, patient record systems for healthcare providers, and property management platforms for real estate operations.
Results from real integration deployments
Transaction failure rate reduced from 4.2 percent to 0.03 percent for a fintech platform rebuilding its Xero integration. Reconciliation backlog eliminated entirely, recovering 31 hours of finance team time per week.
Zero-downtime migration from a failing webhook architecture to a queue-based integration system. Multi location healthcare group financial consolidation automated from 15 days manual effort to half a day through automated integration layer. Marketing agency campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and five additional platforms consolidated into a single reporting data warehouse updating every 24 hours.
For systems without a public API, we assess the available options including database level integration, file-based exchange via SFTP or S3, screen-scraping where no other option exists, and vendor engagement to request API access. We will always recommend the most robust available option and be transparent about the trade-offs of each approach.
All credentials are stored in encrypted secrets management systems, never in code or configuration files. Data in transit is always encrypted. We follow the principle of least privilege for all API credentials, requesting only the permissions the integration actually requires. For regulated industries we document the data flows for compliance purposes and can provide a data processing agreement.
API changes are a fact of life in any integration. We design integrations to be resilient to version changes by building against stable API versions and monitoring provider release notes. When a downstream API goes down, our fault-tolerant architecture queues events for retry rather than failing immediately, giving the downstream system time to recover without data loss.
Yes. We frequently rebuild failing webhook layers and brittle one-off scripts into fault-tolerant event-driven architectures, with zero-downtime migration from the existing system.
